Stone Tech executed a one-off engagement to restore and refine marble finishes across Emperor Residencies’ shared spaces. Structured inspections guided corrective grinding where needed, calibrated polishing, and protective sealing to renew clarity, uniformity, and comfort. Work was planned to minimise disturbance to residents and building operations. The result improves safety and perceived value with even, well-presented marble surfaces in high-traffic residential areas.
