Stone Tech was engaged to restore marble surfaces at Havelock City after lippage and deep scratches developed across busy residential zones. Structured inspections guided calibrated grinding, resurfacing, polishing, and sealing to stabilise the stone and improve appearance. Work was sequenced to minimise disruption for residents and building operations. The result is safer, level, and visually refined marble throughout lift lobbies, corridors, and apartment entries.
